How does the Build-Your-Own-Box work?

Choose your box size, then select your favourite cupcake flavours to fill it. Mix and match to create your perfect assortment.

Can I mix cupcakes and cheesecake bites in one box?

We keep them separate, and that's on purpose. Our cheesecake bites are served cold, straight from the fridge, while our filled cupcakes are best after 30 minutes at room temperature. Boxing them together would mean one of them is always served wrong, so we pack them in their own boxes, each kept at its best. 

What is the minimum or maximum order?

Our minimum order is a 12-pack. For orders larger than our standard sizes, please contact us and we'll be glad to help.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes. We deliver across Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Etobicoke, and nearby areas. Enter your postal code on any page to check if we reach you. Delivery is free on orders over $50, otherwise a flat $10.

When will my order arrive?

We deliver to each area on set days. When you enter your address at checkout, you'll see the delivery days available for your area and can choose the one that works for you.

How does pickup work?

Pickup is by preorder only, from our Mississauga kitchen. Choose your pickup time at checkout, and we'll have your order ready. Our kitchen is at 1021 Meyerside Drive, Unit 2, Mississauga, ON L5T 1J8.

Do you have a storefront I can visit?

We don't have a walk-in storefront. All orders are by preorder, with pickup in Mississauga and local delivery across the GTA.

How far in advance should I order?

Please order at least two days ahead so we can prepare your order. Order by 12 PM, and you'll choose your delivery day at checkout from the days available for your area. For larger orders, we recommend reaching out first to confirm availability.

Can you accommodate last-minute orders?

We do our best when we can. Please contact us directly and we'll let you know based on current availability.

Do you take custom or event orders?

Yes. For corporate events, celebrations, or large custom orders, please reach out directly so we can discuss your needs and confirm availability.

How should I store my order, and how long does it keep?

Keep your order refrigerated and enjoy within 3 to 5 days. For the best experience, let the cupcakes sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before serving so the sponge and filling soften. Cheesecake bites are best enjoyed chilled, straight from the fridge.

Do your products contain allergens?

Our cupcakes and cheesecake bites contain wheat, dairy, and eggs, and some flavours contain soy or nuts. They are made in a kitchen that also handles nuts and other allergens, so we can't guarantee any product is free from cross-contamination.
