What is the minimum or maximum order?

Our minimum order is a 12-pack box. For orders larger than our standard box sizes, please contact us to confirm availability.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we offer local delivery within a 30 km radius. Delivery fees may apply.

How does pickup work?

After you place your order, we'll reach out to arrange a convenient pickup time. Pickup is available in Mississauga — the address is provided after order confirmation.

Do you have a storefront I can visit?

We currently don't have a physical storefront, but we offer both pickup and local delivery for your convenience.

How far in advance should I order?

Please place all orders at least 2 days in advance so we can prepare everything fresh. For larger orders, we recommend reaching out first to confirm availability.

Can you accommodate last-minute orders?

We do our best to accommodate shorter lead times when possible. Please contact us directly and we'll let you know based on current availability.

Do you take custom or event orders?

Yes! For corporate events, celebrations, or large custom orders, please reach out to us directly so we can discuss your needs and confirm availability.

How long do your products stay fresh?

Our cupcakes and cheesecake bites should be kept refrigerated and are best enjoyed within 3–5 days.

For the best experience, we recommend letting the cupcakes sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before serving so the cake and filling can soften perfectly. Cheesecake bites are best enjoyed chilled.
