ORDERING & BUILD-YOUR-OWN-BOX
How does the build-your-own-box work?
Choose your box size, then select your favorite cupcake flavors and cheesecake bites to fill it. You can mix and match to create your perfect assortment.
Can I mix cupcakes and cheesecakes in one box?
Yes! You can mix and match cupcakes and cheesecakes in any box.
What's the minimum/maximum order?
Our minimum order is a 12-pack box. For orders larger than our standard box sizes, please call us to confirm availability.
How far in advance should I order?
Please place all orders at least 3–5 days in advance so we can bake everything fresh. For very large orders (over 10 boxes), we also require 3–5 days' notice but will do our best to accommodate shorter lead times when possible.

DELIVERY & PICKUP
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer local delivery within 30 km. Delivery fees may apply.
How does pickup work?
After you place your order, we'll call you to arrange a convenient pickup time.
Do you have a storefront I can visit?
We currently don't have a physical storefront, but we offer both pickup and delivery options for your convenience.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
How long do your products stay fresh?
Cupcakes are best enjoyed within 3 days at room temperature or up to 5 days refrigerated. Cheesecakes must be kept refrigerated and consumed within 3–5 days.
