Return and Refund Policy

At Two Girls' Bakery, we take pride in creating fresh, made-to-order cupcakes and baked goods for our customers.

No Returns or Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products and food safety regulations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any bakery items. All sales are final. 

Quality Guarantee

While we cannot accept returns, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you have any concerns about the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery at orders@twogirlsbakery.ca. We will work with you to address any legitimate quality issues on a case-by-case basis.

Custom Orders

Custom orders require advance notice and payment. Once an order is confirmed and production has begun, cancellations are not accepted and deposits are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged during delivery or 
is incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos. We will assess the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
