Returns Policy

At Two Girls' Bakery, we take pride in creating fresh, high-quality cupcakes and cheesecakes. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have the following return policy:

General Returns

  • No returns on fresh baked goods: As our products are made fresh to order, we cannot accept returns on cupcakes, cheesecakes, or custom boxes under normal circumstances.
  • Quality guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want every order to arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please follow these steps:

Report Damage Immediately

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order
  • Email us at orders@twogirlsbakery.ca or call 647-467-3969
  • Include photos of the damaged items and packaging
  • Provide your order number and delivery/pickup details

What We'll Do

Once we receive your damage report, we will:

  • Review your case within 1 business day
  • Offer a replacement order at no additional charge, or
  • Provide a full refund to your original payment method

Incorrect Orders

If you received the wrong items or flavors:

  • Contact us immediately with your order details
  • We'll arrange for a replacement or refund
  • No need to return the incorrect items

Quality Issues

If you experience any quality issues with your order (taste, freshness, appearance), please reach out within 24 hours. We'll work with you to make it right with a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

  • Before production: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup/delivery date
  • After production begins: Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started (typically 24-48 hours before delivery)
